the numbers, on the profile you're already looking at.
install it, open any instagram or tiktok profile, and the panel appears with real engagement, and with how their sponsored posts perform, which is usually the number that changes your mind. free, no account needed to start.
works on instagram and tiktok · chrome, edge, brave and arc on desktop · about 9,000 people use it every week
getting started
about ninety seconds.add it to chrome
one click from the chrome web store. no account, no card, nothing to configure.
open a creator
go to any instagram or tiktok profile the way you normally would. the panel appears underneath their bio.
save the good ones
make a free account and the web app holds the lists, the notes, the brand history, the sign-off and the outreach. doing all of that without leaving instagram is what comes back with the refresh.
what it collects, and what it doesn't
three tiers. no small print.most tools in this category scrape instagram from a server. we don't, and we never have. the extension reads what your browser has already loaded while you look at a profile, and sends the public creator data back to us. our server never contacts instagram or tiktok. here's the whole contract.
your account, your dms, your private data
we don't read your direct messages, your own account details, your followers, your saved posts, your password or your session. none of it is sent anywhere, ever. we also don't touch any site other than instagram and tiktok.
public creator data from profiles you visit
when you open a creator's profile, the public figures your browser already loaded come back to us: post counts, engagement, sponsored-post labels and the brands tagged in them. all of it is visible to anyone looking at that profile. this is what builds the brand history, and it's why the tool knows things the others don't.
whether the extension is working
if instagram changes something and the panel breaks, we get a signal that says the shape of the data changed. no personal data attached. it's how we fix things before you have to tell us.
why this matters commercially, not just legally. scraping instagram server-side sits in a grey area with the platform's owner, and tools that do it carry that risk on your behalf. because collection happens in your own session, on data your browser already loaded, we're not doing that. ask us for the detail if your legal team wants it. we'd rather answer properly than put a badge on a website.
honest limits
the things a review would tell you anyway.instagram changes things, and it breaks
every extension in this category has the same problem, and "it stopped working" is the top complaint on all of them. our answer isn't that it won't happen. it's that when it does, the panel will tell you it's waiting on a fix rather than quietly showing a wrong number, and we'll have it back fast. coming
desktop browsers only, for now
it needs a real browser session, so there's no mobile version. it installs in chrome, edge, brave and arc; firefox is on the list. if you use safari, the web app works fine on its own. you just don't get the in-profile panel.
brand history isn't in the extension yet
it used to be. the panel showed who a creator had previously worked with, and it's the single most useful thing here. the link between the extension and our server was cut in 2022 when it was overloading the old server, and rebuilding it properly is the work happening now. today brand history lives in the web app. coming
the brand history is being refreshed
it went stale while the product was neglected. we're rebuilding it niche by niche, with a person checking every entry, and every figure will carry the date it was collected so you can judge it yourself. coming
it doesn't do audience demographics
the big platforms estimate a creator's audience age and location. we don't, because we'd be guessing and you'd be presenting the guess to a client. we'd rather tell you what a creator has actually done.
